QuikStryke Martial Arts Contact Bag

Ultimate Training Partner Designed by martial artists for martial artists. Our revolutionary freestanding Quikstryke Contact Bag combines quick bounce-back technology with thick, durable Dacron® fabric to make the training partner you’ve never had. Three strategically placed handles allow for maximum maneuverability (and portability) while the weighted base provides natural resistance. This is the perfect freestanding punching bag addition to your home gym or training studio.   Portable Our dual PVC bladder features 2 compartments for water and air with separate nozzles. This allows for full or partial take-down; you can deflate and empty it completely or deflate and leave the water compartment full for a quicker and easier set-up. Partially deflated, it takes up less than 2 square feet of space, and it gets even smaller when it’s completely taken down. Either way, it can be stored away to maximize your space for other drills or workouts. No extra gear required: no mats, hanging gear or hardware necessary. Take it anywhere: outside, to the gym, to an off-site class; the possibilities are limitless.   Durable With an outer shell made of military-grade Dacron® material that has been scientifically engineered to be durable and long-lasting, the Quickstryke Contact Bag is truly built to take a beating. It’s tougher than any nylon and resistant to mildew, mold and chemical breakdown, which means it can withstand 300lbs of body weight, your tough cleaners and your humid, sweaty gym environment. **Order in increments of 5 to maximize shipping Specs:   Dimensions:  Inflated: 69” Tall x 33” Diameter   Deflated, Folded Up, with Water in Base: Approx. 24” x 24” x 24”   Deflated, No Water, Folded Up: Fits into 15” x 12” x 5” box Weight: With Water in Base: Approx. 66 lbs   Deflated, no Water: 7.5lbs Materials:  Dacron fiber outer shell, PVC inner bladders for water and air   For an Instructional video on how to fill your contact bag, click here!
