Consulting Package Retainer

You have something worth saying. Nobody's listening. It's not because your work isn't good. It's because somewhere along the way, your message got sanded down. Safe. Corporate. Forgettable. You sound like everyone else, and everyone else is invisible. I fix that. I take what you actually stand for, the thing buried under the mission statement nobody reads, and I turn it into words that move people to act. I'm not a marketing guy. I've built brands for twenty years, from Fortune 500 companies to startups. But that's not why you should hire me. Hire me because I built a brand from nothing, in the worst conditions in America, with no budget and no permission. Three words written in a trap house became a movement with a national platform, a funded app, and an army of people who'd run through a wall for it. I didn't read that case study. I'm the case study. Most consultants will make your brand prettier. I make it mean something, and then I make it move. Polish doesn't sell. Conviction does. Who I work with Founders and CEOs who know their company stands for something real and are tired of nobody hearing it. Mission-driven and values-led organizations sitting on a story worth telling, with no idea how to tell it. Nonprofits that can't turn a cause people believe in into dollars and bodies. Leaders building a public voice who want to walk on a stage and own the room. If you've got something true at the center of what you do and it isn't landing, that's the entire problem I solve. How it works I work with a small number of clients on retainer, because this is deep work and I don't do shallow. Pick the level of depth you need. RECON — $3k/month. Clarity. We build your core message, your voice, and the narrative that moves your people, then I direct from there. Monthly strategy sessions and direct access between them. For the leader who knows the message is off and needs the architect. CAMPAIGN — $6k/month. Clarity, plus firepower. I shape your public voice month to month, your content, your launches, your PR angles, and I coach you before you ever step on a stage or a podcast. This is where most of my clients live. EMBEDDED — $10k/month. I become your Chief Storyteller. Full brand, leadership messaging, team purpose, and PR strategy, hands on, priority access. I take one or two of these. It's reserved for the mission I'd be proud to put my name beside. Start here Not ready for a retainer? Bring me to your team for a two-day Purpose Intensive. We get everyone aligned around the one thing you're actually fighting for, and your people leave knowing why they show up. That alone changes a company.  Jess and I both will come and lead a workshop - inquire for pricing. The truth You can keep blending in. Most do. Or you can say the thing you've been too careful to say, and find out how many people have been waiting to hear it. I built an army on conviction. Let's build yours. Book a call.
