STARS Session

The STARS Session: Deep Thai Bodywork & Restoration Reconnect. Release. Rejuvenate. Experience a holistic approach to bodywork that goes beyond the surface. The STARS Session is a signature treatment designed to clear energy blockages, soothe the nervous system, and restore functional mobility, drawing on ancient Thai healing traditions and modern recovery techniques. The STARS Framework: S — Sen Lines: We begin by working along the body’s "Sen" (energy) channels to clear stagnancy and restore the natural flow of energy. T — Tok Sen: A unique, ancient Thai therapy using a wooden hammer and wedge to create healing vibrations. This rhythmic tapping penetrates deep into the muscle and fascia, releasing tension that manual massage can’t reach. A — Acupressure: Targeted pressure on specific points to trigger the body’s natural healing response and alleviate chronic pain. R — Rest: Dedicated moments of stillness to allow your nervous system to integrate the work, moving you from "fight or flight" into deep repair. S — Stretching: Assisted, passive yoga-style stretches to improve your range of motion and leave your limbs feeling light and lengthened. This session is perfect for: Chronic muscle tension and stiffness. Stress relief and nervous system regulation. Athletes or office workers looking to improve flexibility and "unplug."
