Connelly Billiards Cochise Billiard Table

The Connelly Cochise is a table that stands out without trying too hard. Its Midwestern Native American inspired design gives it real character, but what really matters is how it plays. Built in the USA and designed for players who care about feel, response, and consistency, the Cochise is a table you will enjoy owning and playing on for years. This is the kind of table that works just as well for competitive games as it does for relaxed nights with friends. It looks great in a game room, but it is clearly built for people who actually play. About Connelly Billiards Connelly Billiards is an American manufacturer known for building sturdy, well-playing pool tables that hold up to years of real use. Each table is made to order and built by craftsmen who focus on solid wood construction, responsive cushions, and reliable slate support. Connelly has been producing tables for decades, and their designs mix traditional woodworking with the kind of playability players expect from a quality billiards table. They’ve earned a strong reputation in home game rooms across the country by keeping their tables honest, durable, and enjoyable to play on. Solid Billiard Table Construction for Beautiful Play Tournament‑grade slate and rock‑steady rails At the heart of the Cochise is a 1.25‑inch high‑performance slate combined with Connelly’s rapid 4‑bolt rail system. For a billiards player who spends time practicing or playing longer matches, this pairing is what gives the table its edge. The thicker slate keeps the playing surface flat and stable, while the secure rail mounting keeps cushion response consistent and quiet. The main benefit is predictability. You get the same rebound, the same feel and the same sound shot after shot, so you can trust the table when you are working on precise position play or controlling speed in tight games. Solid Hardwood Cabinet Built to Last The cabinet is made from 2-inch thick pre-milled solid hardwood with reinforced cross beams. This heavy construction keeps the table quiet and solid during play, even when the game gets competitive. For the player, the benefit is simple. The table feels planted and sturdy, so all the energy stays in the shot, not in vibrations or movement. Customization Options That Let You Make It Yours The Cochise is available in multiple hardwoods including Oak, Maple, Pine, Cherry, Hickory, and Walnut, along with a wide range of finishes and cloth colors. You can also add premium rail sights, custom stain matching, an accessory drawer, or even a matching dining top. The benefit here is flexibility. You get a table that fits your room and your style without sacrificing how it plays. 4-Bolt Rapid Rail System for True Cushion Response Connelly’s 4-bolt rail system locks each rail down evenly, creating consistent tension across the cushions. Combined with K-66 profile rubber, this setup gives you predictable, lively rebounds that stay accurate whether you are banking softly or firing firm shots. The biggest benefit here is trust. Once you learn the table, it plays the same way every session, which helps your game improve instead of forcing you to adjust constantly. 6-Inch Rail Surface for Better Shooting Comfort The Cochise features a wide 6-inch rail surface, giving your bridge hand more room and stability. This makes a noticeable difference during longer sessions or tougher shots where balance matters. You can settle in comfortably without feeling cramped, which leads to steadier strokes and better control over the cue ball. Handcrafted Leather Pockets with Character The custom leather pockets give the Cochise its distinctive look while also holding up to years of use. They are deep, durable, and designed to catch balls cleanly without excessive bounce-outs. Besides adding to the table’s personality, they provide reliable performance that feels right for serious play.   Bring timeless craftsmanship and tournament-caliber performance into your home with the Connelly Cochise.
