CONNECTOR WITH RECTANGULAR TERMINAL 1,7x0,6MM

Jaltest JTP01 - Rectangular Male Pin (1.8 x 0.6 mm), Pair The JTP01 is a pair of rectangular male diagnostic pins measuring 1.8 mm x 0.6 mm, used in the Jaltest multipin kit system. These gold-plated pins are the male terminal contacts for back-probing fine-pitch ECU connectors — enabling non-destructive circuit access on commercial vehicles, construction equipment, agricultural machinery, and marine engines. The JTP01 pair is included in the Jaltest Multipin Kit (part #70002001, $310.00) and is available individually for replacements or additional stock. What These Pins Are For The Jaltest multipin system allows technicians to access individual pins inside multi-pin ECU connectors without cutting wires or damaging the connector housing. You insert the correct-size pin alongside the existing terminal to create a clean back-probe connection point, then attach the JDC10AM2 or JDC20AM2 multipin cables to route the signal to your Jaltest Link or measurement equipment. The JTP01 rectangular male pin (1.8 x 0.6 mm) is the smallest rectangular pin in the Jaltest kit, designed for fine-pitch ECU connector terminals commonly found in European truck ECUs and precision automotive control modules. Pin Specifications Part Number: JTP01 Type: Rectangular male pin Dimensions: 1.8 mm x 0.6 mm Material: Gold-plated (corrosion-resistant) Quantity: Sold as a pair (2 pins) Compatible With: Jaltest multipin cables JDC10AM2 and JDC20AM2 Also Used With: All Jaltest software applications requiring back-probe access MSRP: $25.00 (pair) Part of the Jaltest Multipin Kit The Jaltest Multipin Kit (part #70002001, $310.00) includes pairs of JTP01 through JTP10 — ten different pin sizes covering rectangular and round terminal types. The kit also includes the JDC10AM2 and JDC20AM2 interface cables. The JTP01 is the rectangular small-pin end of the kit, while JTP06 covers the larger rectangular terminals. All ten sizes together give you coverage for virtually any ECU connector terminal size encountered in commercial vehicle diagnostic work. Why Gold-Plated Pins Matter In diagnostic work, a poor connection at the pin level produces unreliable data — or no communication at all. Gold plating prevents oxidation on the pin contacts, ensuring consistent low-resistance electrical contact. This is especially important in marine environments or outdoor equipment where moisture exposure degrades unprotected copper connections quickly. Who Needs the JTP01 Jaltest-equipped technicians doing ECU back-probing, pin testing, or circuit-level diagnostics on commercial vehicles, construction equipment, agricultural machinery, or marine engines. Available as a direct replacement for worn or missing pins from an existing multipin kit. Why Buy From OEM Diagnostic Tools?
