Confetti Flower Tutu by Sweet Wink

The Confetti Flower Tutu for babies and kids is a fun skirt and dress up tutu to celebrate Easter and Spring!  Customers love Sweet Wink tutus because the tulle is super soft and doesn't scratch or itch little ones. Another great feature of Sweet Wink tutus is that the embellishments on the tutus don't "shed". You'll never have to worry about glitter trailing all over your house! This tutu also has a cotton lining so it can be worn as a skirt.  Item Description: - Light teal tulle embellished with flowers - Light teal cotton lining - Silver glitter elastic waistband To keep tutus in tip top shape, it is recommended to hand wash and hang dry (though some mama's have thrown them in the wash with no problem!)
