Condensate Pump, 120 GPH (450L/H)

Features: Universal Compatibility: Supports 100-240V operation in North America, Europe, and most international locations; works seamlessly with HVAC systems such as air conditioners, dehumidifiers, ice makers, and high-efficiency furnaces High-Performance Drainage: Delivers maximum head of 26ft, up to 44% farther than standard pumps of 18ft; maximum flow of 120 GPH is 100% more powerful than models with 60 GPH; handles heavy condensate loads Automatic Operation: Equipped with a float switch, automatically starts or stops based on the water level in the reservoir; prevents overflow or constant operation; reduces power consumption Energy Efficient: Advanced DC motor uses just 30W power, half the 60W consumption of traditional shaded-pole motors; operates down to a 35dB noise level for peaceful home environments IP64 Water-Resistant: Engineered with a sealed motor and potted mainboard to withstand accidental submersion and high humidity environments, ensuring long-term reliability in demanding conditions; for indoor use ONLY Safety Detection System: Recommended to connect the safety switch wires to the appliance's power lines for added safety; be able to trigger a shutdown of the appliance to prevent an overflow from occurring Easy Installation: Compact 1L tank design fits tight spaces; includes an inlet filter, rubber tube, rubber reducer, 19.7in drain tube (inner diameter 3/8in), 4.9ft power supply and safety switch wire, hose clamps, a wall mount kit, and a detailed step-by-step manual Specifications: Four top inlet ports: inner diameter 1in (24mm); a drain outlet port with built-in check valve: outer diameter 3/8in (9.5 mm); a backup inlet/outlet port on the side of the tank: outer diameter of Ø11/16in (17.5 mm)   FAQ Q: What is the voltage requirement for this pump? A: Works with 100-240V for most countries. Q: How high/far can it pump water? A: Lifts water up to 26ft (8m). Q: How much water can it remove? A: It moves up to 120 gallons (450 liters) of water per hour. Q: Does it come with tubing? A: It comes with a 19.7 ft (6 m) drain hose (3/8 in/10 mm inner diameter) to drain the condensate collected in the tank away.  Q: Is installation easy? A: The package includes step-by-step instructions. Professional installation is strongly recommended for optimal performance and safety concerns. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Q: Does it include a safety switch? A: Yes, but manual installation is required to connect the safety switch wires to your equipment's power supply lines. Q: What are the inlet/outlet sizes? A: • Top inlets: 1" (24mm) inner diameter (The outer diameter of your condensate drain tube should be slightly smaller than this. If your tube is larger than 1", use the included rubber reducer for connection). Drain Outlet: 3/8" (9.5mm) outer diameter (The package includes a compatible drain hose). Side backup port: 11/16" (17.5mm) outer diameter. Q: Is this a plug-and-play pump? A: No, wiring is required for operation. Q: What are the dimensions? A: • Without pump cover: 8.2 × 4.3 × 2.2 in (210 × 110 × 57 mm). With pump cover: 8.2 × 4.3 × 5.4 in (210 × 110 × 138 mm). Wall-mount tap spacing: 8.8 in (224 mm) center-to-center. Q: What devices can it drain? A: Suitable for residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, dehumidifiers, refrigeration units, ice makers, air handlers, and more. Q: What is the tank capacity? A: 1 L (0.26 US gal). The compact tank size combines with a high pump flow rate, simplifying installation while fully meeting drainage demands. Q: What condensate temperature can this pump handle? A: Up to 140°F (60°C). Q: Can this pump be used outdoors? A: No, indoor use only. Compared to traditional drain pumps, our key components are sealed for better water protection, rated at IP64. However, avoid using it in areas with splashing or standing water or submerging the pump. Q: Does this pump require maintenance? A: Yes. Recommended maintenance interval: every 4–6 months (more frequently under heavy use).
