Computar EX1.5C Extender (1.5X) for C-Mount Lens

EX1.5C Spec Sheet The Computar EX1.5C is a compact 1.5X C-mount lens extender designed to attach between a C-mount lens and a compatible C-mount camera. It increases the effective focal length of the lens by 1.5 times, helping industrial imaging systems achieve a tighter field of view without switching to a longer lens. For machine vision, robotics, UAV/drone, AI, medical imaging, intelligent traffic, surveillance, and inspection applications, the EX1.5C is a useful accessory when extra reach or increased subject detail is needed from an existing C-mount lens setup. Key Features: 1.5X focal length extension for C-mount lenses Mounts between the C-mount lens and C-mount camera Helps create a narrower field of view Increases effective magnification for detailed imaging Useful for industrial camera, machine vision, robotics, UAV/drone, medical, traffic, inspection, and surveillance systems Compact optical accessory for C-mount imaging setups Industrial Vision Applications Machine vision inspection Robotics and automation imaging UAV and drone camera systems Medical and laboratory imaging Intelligent traffic and ITS monitoring Surveillance and security cameras Quality control and detail inspection Embedded vision and OEM camera integration Why Use the Computar EX1.5C? The Computar EX1.5C is ideal when a current lens provides the right image quality and working distance, but the application requires additional reach. By increasing the focal length by 1.5 times, this 1.5X extender can help capture more detail from smaller objects, distant targets, or fixed camera positions where changing the lens or moving the camera is not practical. Compatibility Notes The EX1.5C is designed for compatible C-mount lenses and C-mount cameras. Before use, confirm sensor size, lens compatibility, image circle coverage, working distance, lighting requirements, and overall system performance for your application.
