If you have larger breasts and/or mid-area, please order at least 2 sizes up as these are fitted shirts.  To stretch the shirt overall, put the shirt on then pull down from the front bottom of the shirt to loosen the fabric around the stomach area. Turn the shirt inside out before washing. Machine wash cold with similar colors. Use a mild detergent. Choose a gentle/normal cycle. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Air dry for the longest life. If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat. Do not iron directly on the design. If ironing is necessary, turn the shirt inside out and use low heat. Do not dry clean.
