Which leads to premature chipping or rounding of the squeegee edge. #2 This is not a lifelong commitment Routinely rotate the blade if you are using the aluminum handle and replace the blade or the complete squeegee. When the edge is no longer sharp and smooth. Average estimate, every couple of years for optimum performance. Pitted or rough edges on your squeegee will make getting a clean smooth print, even more, difficult as those areas won't be receiving the same pressure as the other areas of the squeegee blade.
