KPower Complete K Swap Package for 2013-2021 Toyota/Scion/Subaru 86/FRS/BRZ (ZN6 ZC6)

Here it is: the industry’s first all-in, complete engine swap package for a K Swap 86! We’ve carried out the development and a huge amount of testing, making changes and improvements every step of the way. This package has been a reliable top seller since its release in 2021.  It fits all 2013-2021 BRZ, FR-S, and 86 manual transmission vehicles. If you are building a 2nd Generation GR86 car, please see our 2nd Gen GR86 Collection and blog for how to build those newer cars. If you are looking for a Right Hand Drive solution, check out our Impact 86 K Swap header option! This package provides all aftermarket parts for a complete K24 conversion in your vehicle. Just add an engine, some OEM parts, and some assembly time, and your 86 will be transformed into the car it should have been from the factory. Want to learn more about what makes this package so unique? Please read our detailed blog post here. Over the years we have made improvements and added a few options.  You can choose 3 different oil pan options: our KPower PRB oil pan or the 9 quart monstrous Unit2 Fabrication 86 K swap oil pan which both use the K20 oil pump conversion, with the 3rd option you can reduce engine vibration with the KPower RBB oil pan which works with the ultra smooth stock K24 RBB balance shaft oil pump (weld-in plate included with oil pan, or purchase our pre-modified subframe). The 86 Haltech Electronics Package has been a staple of most 86 K swap builds since the kit was released.  We are proud to now offer a Link GT86 Electronics Package. Just like our Haltech Electronics Package, this Link Electronics Package is pre-wired for A/C and an oil pressure & temperature combination sensor. For the Link option, we have gone the extra mile to ensure our customers seeking turbo power are ready for a streamlined wire harness. That's why this harness also has connections for a mac boost solenoid to control internal and external wastegates, an ethanol flex fuel sensor connector, and also features a fluid pressure sensor connector for monitoring fuel pressure. A cheat sheet highlighting the differences: Lead times for shipment vary, always reference our Current Lead Times page for up to date timeline for order fulfillment. At this time, we are not accepting any omissions or substitutions in this package aside from the drop-down menu options. If you’d like to build your own kit to meet your needs better, please check out our K24 86 Builder Kit or our K24 86 Race Package and add additional items as needed.  This swap package includes the following products: K24 to 86 transmission adapter plate with all hardware (Patent D1053910) 86 starter blockoff plate K24 to 86 custom flywheel - steel is now standard material Engine mount brackets with hardware Rubber engine mount pads 86 transmission mount bracket for relocated position, with hardware Whiteline transmission mount insert Shifter plate for OEM 86 shifter Dual shear selector rod and pins with brass inserts Baffled aluminum oil pan (K20 PRB and K24 RBB style pans now available) Cast aluminum intake manifold, with IACV blockoff plate and hardware 86 throttle body adapter with gaskets and hardware (V2 design) 3” cold-air intake with filter 4-2-1 304 stainless race header 304 stainless midpipe with flex and hanger (bolts to any 3” 86 exhaust kit) 3” aluminum one-piece driveshaft KPower fuel rail Fuel line kit, E85 compatible Fuel pump relay kit Upper water neck for right-side engine bay routing Hybrid Racing thermostat inlet plug Accessory belt Haltech Elite 1500 or Link GT86 ECU, with base calibration Haltech or Link CAN wideband sensor and controller Haltech or Link specific Motorsports grade engine wiring harness, 100% plug and play ECU jumper harness and jumper board (Specifically for Haltech Electronics package) Bosch oil pressure and temperature sensor, with adapter Alternator extension cable with battery stud Optional air conditioning and heater hoses (+$440.00) Detailed installation guide Download our 86 basemaps and installation guide here. Our engine wiring harness is designed for 2004-2008 K24A sensors, including the crank sensor, knock sensor, and injectors. It is also wired for a 2006-2008 Acura TSX A/C compressor. Not all K24 compressors are the same. If you plan on using injectors other than OEM K24A injectors, please specify at checkout and we’ll swap in the appropriate injector sub-harness free of charge.  These engine mounts bolt to the following engines: JDM K24A RBB, K24A2, K24A3, K24A4, K20Z3, K20Z4, and the less desirable K24A8. They do NOT fit K20A2, K20Z1, or K24A1 blocks due to incompatible bolt-hole locations on the left side of the block. These mounts can be used as a starting point however, read more about this topic in our blog. Installation notes for Link ECU users: Remove the carbon fiber ECU cover plate: Change the bridge connectors from "Primary Injection Mode" from "OEM-DI" to "PORT. Once completed, reinstall the carbon fiber cover plate. Some K24 engines may require changing Cam/Crank Trigger Setup from "Honda K24 VTC" to "Honda K20 VTC."  If the engine will not start, this is a good starting point.
