Complete Care: Home Sleep Testing for SleepArchitects Patients

Welcome SleepArchitects patients! Sleep Care online has created a unique all-inclusive sleep package for you—taking you from diagnosis to treatment and continued care, if needed.   Here is what your Sleep Care online package includes: 1. Schedule a 15-minute telehealth visit with a medical healthcare provider to discuss symptoms, upcoming sleep study, test results, and treatment options 2.  A home sleep apnea test is mailed to your house to be completed at your convenience 3.  Physician analyzes the sleep data and provides a prescription, if needed 4. Post-therapy follow-up sleep testing and 15-minute telehealth visit to monitor progress What is Complete Care? Sleep Care online’s Complete Care offers a comprehensive sleep diagnosis and treatment sleep care package. For a one-time fee, you will be invited to virtually meet with board-certified sleep physicians in one-on-one consultations, take a home sleep apnea test in the comfort of your own bed, and receive a prescription for therapy—all without visiting a doctor’s office. Plus, we include a second set of sleep testing and another telehealth visit two months post-therapy to monitor progress and outcomes. Purchasing a home sleep test is a productive first step in addressing your sleep issues and preventing further complications from lack of sleep.  Benefits of Using Sleep Care online’s Home Sleep Test When we designed our home sleep testing service, we took into account the costs associated and created the most comprehensive and cost-effective set of services on the market. Compared to visiting an in-lab sleep center, the cost of our home sleep apnea test is minimal. We bundled the most useful sleep analysis services into our telehealth healthcare diagnosis approach for a truly effective and affordable sleep study service.  With our Complete Care package, you are able to relax in a familiar environment and take the sleep test when you have the most opportune time. The results are therefore more reliable because you are more relaxed. A sleep medical professional will then review the data and provide a prescription as needed.   Sleep Care online is not a healthcare provider. We arrange for healthcare providers to assess this technology platform to provide clinical services.
