Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler for BMW G30/G31, G32 & G11/G12 – 112% more volume & plug & play Unleash the full potential of your BMW! With the Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler, you can take the performance of your BMW 5 Series (G30/G31), 6 Series (G32) and 7 Series (G11/G12) to a new level of performance. This innovative upgrade is the ideal solution for optimizing cooling, minimizing back pressure, and achieving a massive increase in performance. Experience the performance your BMW deserves. Why our Competition Intercooler is the best choice for your BMW: Massive performance increase thanks to 112% more charge air volume: With stepped mesh dimensions of 570 mm x 236 mm x 150 mm and an impressive total volume of 16.2 liters, this intercooler offers a sensational 70% larger flow area and a massive 112% more charge air volume compared to the standard cooler. The result: significantly more cool, dense air for your engine and a noticeable increase in performance even at high outside temperatures. Optimal airflow & minimal pressure losses: At the heart of the system is our high-quality Competition Tube Fin mesh with internal turbulators, which ensures outstanding cooling performance with minimal back pressure. The cast aluminum end boxes, optimized in the CAD system using CFD simulations, maximize the internal airflow. Weighing only 10.5 kg, the intercooler is lightweight yet extremely robust and perfect for the driving dynamics of your vehicle. Plug & play installation & highest quality: Thanks to the original mounting points, installation is a straightforward plug & play replacement that requires no complex modifications. The intercooler has been designed to fit seamlessly onto the standard intercooler hoses. A special anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling performance.
