Company Town Tee

Introducing the Monopoly Tee, a powerful symbol of resistance against monopolistic practices on Block Island. This activist design serves as a reminder of the ongoing struggle for accessible transportation and fair competition.  The centerpiece of this design is a bold yellow taxi cab, representing the dominant force that holds a monopoly over transportation on the island. Underneath the taxi, the word "Monopoly" stands out in large letters, emphasizing the control and power wielded by a select few. Below that, the text "Block Island, RI" proudly declares the origin of this battle. This design is part of the Stop The Tunnel collection, aligning with the movement against corporate influence and unfair policies. It reflects the activism surrounding the taxi lobby's control over transportation options, hindering the ability of workers to provide rides and limiting the choices available to both locals and visitors. Available in the same vibrant colors as the previous design, including yellow, sand, orange, green, blue, and red, the Monopoly Tee invites individuals to express their solidarity and support for a more equitable transportation system. As a mark of authenticity and quality, the Explore Block Island branding is discreetly placed on the inside collar. This signifies your connection to the island's exploration and advocacy for positive change. Wear the Monopoly Tee proudly, standing up against monopolistic practices and fighting for a more inclusive and accessible Block Island. .: 100% cotton .: Medium fabric (5.3 oz/yd² (180 g/m²)) .: Classic fit .: Runs true to size
