Loflin Tractor Hay Spear | Heavy-Duty Bale Spear Attachment

Overview Heavy-Duty Tractor Hay Spear for Efficient Bale Handling When it comes to handling hay on a working farm, nothing beats the strength, precision, and durability of a tractor hay spear. Designed by Loflin Fabrication, this compact tractor hay spear transforms your everyday tractor into a bale-handling powerhouse. Whether you’re moving round bales from the field, stacking hay in the barn, or loading into feeders, this attachment saves time, reduces labor, and keeps your operation running smoothly. Built from 3″ square tubing with a replaceable spear, this unit is engineered for long service life. It’s powder-coated for rust resistance, giving you peace of mind even in tough farm conditions. With a lift capacity of up to 3,000 lbs (and optional models handling up to 4,500 lbs), you can move heavy bales quickly and with less strain on your equipment. One of the biggest advantages of this tractor hay spear is its versatility. Unlike generic loaders or forks that risk damaging bales or wasting time, the spear is designed to pierce, lift, and transport hay with minimal disruption to bale wrap or structure. The result? Less waste, safer stacking, and more efficient feeding. Farmers appreciate the customizability too. With options for single or multi-tine setups, this spear adapts to different bale sizes and shapes, making it useful across seasons. From round bales during harvest to square bales in winter feeding, the spear remains a reliable, year-round tool. In daily use, it becomes indispensable: Moving hay from field to barn after baling. Stacking and organizing hay in storage facilities. Feeding livestock efficiently without extra labor. Handling heavy bales during high-demand seasons. Strong, safe, and practical — the Compact Tractor Hay Spear is a must-have for any rancher or farmer looking to save time and maximize equipment use. specifications Specification Details Manufacturer Loflin Fabrication Product Type Compact Tractor Hay Spear Tubing Size 3″ square tubing Spear Type Replaceable main spear Load Capacity 3,000 lbs (standard), up to 4,500 lbs on some models Spear Length 40″ spear (standard), optional configurations available Finish Powder-coated for rust resistance Compatibility Fits compact tractors with quick attach Options Single spear or multi-tine setups Weight Varies by configuration   features Heavy-duty 3″ square tubing frame Replaceable 40″ spear design for long service life Optional multi-tine configurations for larger bales Powder-coated finish for rust and wear resistance High lift capacity: 3,000–4,500 lbs Compatible with compact tractors via quick attach benefits ✔ Efficient bale handling ✔ Strong and durable build ✔ Protects bale wrap integrity ✔ Adaptable tine configurations ✔ High weight capacity ✔ Rust-resistant finish additional information This tractor hay spear attachment is purpose-built for farmers who need reliable hay handling every day.
