Compact Cherrywood Lame — Bread Scoring Tool

Cut from solid cherrywood, the brass tightening knob threads through the handle and blade guard to retract or extend the razor, placing the weight of the lame at an optimal fulcrum for accuracy. The brass rivet allows bakers to fine-tune blade exposure based on grip and scoring angle, making it easy to adapt to different hands and techniques. Simple, well balanced, and easy to store, this bread scoring tool does exactly what it’s meant to do — no excess, no gimmicks. 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 & 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 Caution: Loose razor blades are sharp (obviously, but still worth saying). Please use care when adjusting or handling the blade. This tool requires attention and moderate dexterity during blade changes.
