Commando Fort Building Kit | Fort Fun for Kids

The Camo Fort Building Kit That Turns Your Living Room Into Base Camp The Commando Kit is a camouflage fort building kit for ages 4–14 — a mission-ready HQ, Nerf® battle bunker, or secret hideout your kids design, build, and defend themselves. No screens. No batteries. Just hours of full-throttle imagination. "We keep the Commando Kit at our house for weekend visits. The kids set it up faster than we do. It's become 'Grandpa's Fort.'" — Kidz Forts customer "My son gets overwhelmed sometimes, and this makes a nice little retreat. We added a small lamp and a blanket. It feels safe and calm for him." — Kidz Forts parent "I'm an after-school instructor. We used this as a reading nook and pretend base for our Friday club. Durable, and the kids actually take turns — shockingly." — Kidz Forts customer Why You'll Love It Built to survive real missions — extra heavy-duty camo corrugated panels and our patented twist-lock connectors hold strong through crawling, rebuilding, and full-speed Nerf battles. No velcro. No collapsing. Easy enough for little recruits — twist, lock, done. Kids 5+ build on their own; younger builders just need a helper. A new base every time — one fort building kit, unlimited layouts: bunker, lookout tower, tunnel, command center. Add a second kit for a full base camp (lots of families do). Packs away neatly — everything stores flat in its own carry case, under the bed or in a closet until the next mission. Safe and eco-friendly — third-party tested to U.S. and Canadian toy safety standards (ASTM F963), made from 100% recycled, FSC®-certified material, and fully recyclable. Made in the USA — supporting American workers. Why Not a Cheaper Fort Kit? Bargain fort kits use thin cardboard and velcro tabs — they sag by week two and end up in the recycling bin by spring. The Commando Kit uses heavyweight corrugated panels and rigid twist-lock connectors, and if a piece ever goes missing in action, you can replace just that part instead of the whole kit. It's the fort your kids will still be building next year. Ships fast from our U.S. warehouse — most orders go out the same day. Backed by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Expand the Base Need a bigger bunker? Grab extra camouflage fort building panels and spare twist-lock connectors to expand any mission — or replace a piece that's gone MIA. New to Fort Building?
