Elevate your personal style with wheel covers matching your personality, your mood, and your outfit.  Our wheel covers won't impede movement nor speed, they are extremely light (12 ounces for a pair) and are made in a durable and bendable type of PVC.  There are 3 velcro straps at the back to easily fasten the wheel covers on most of manual wheelchair wheels.  The 4.7" central hole offers an easy access to the axle and quick-release button.  Wheel covers are sold by pair. A quantity of 1 means you will receive one pair of two wheel covers.
