Comfy Splints™ Dorsal Hand Orthosis - Provides dorsal support of the wrist while allowing increased use of the fingers. Excellent for the treatment and prevention of carpal tunnel syndrome. With the wrist support, the fingers can still be used to an extent. Bend splint to adjust angle for an easy custom fit. The covers are washable and absorbent while the straps help prevent skin breakdown. The orthosis comes with side wings that help prevent ulnar/radial deviation. The straps accommodate slight fluctuations in edema and fragile skin. The orthosis comes with a removable splint insert that can be cleaned with warm water and soap. With not stretching the Thenar Eminence, the orthosis resists strong Flexion Synergy as well.
