Comfrey Seeds

Comfrey (True) - Symphytum officinale Grown in Williams, Oregon by Strictly Medicinal Seeds True Comfrey is a European perennial prized for centuries as both a healing herb and a garden workhorse. Its purple flowers hang in gentle nodding clusters, and the plant behind them is rich in allantoin, a compound long valued for supporting skin and cell repair. Beyond its medicinal reputation, comfrey earns its keep in the garden in other ways too. It's a favorite companion plant in orchards, its nutrient-dense leaves make an excellent addition to compost, flowers attract beneficial insects, and it's used as a nutritious feed for livestock. Cut back flowers before they form seed heads to manage the spread.  Product Description 20 organically certified seeds Perennial USDA Hardiness Zones: 3–9 Full sun (minimum 6 hours direct unfiltered light, tolerates part shade) ~8–12 weeks to maturity Purple flowers bloom in spring How to grow it Sow seeds just beneath the soil surface and press in gently.
