Original artwork by Dixie Purvis Each wood panel measures 16 x 16 inches Created with oil on cradled birch panel Ships from Charleston, SC "I traded in my corporate role for a paint brush almost 30 years ago. As I reflect on that I can see that while my process has not changed a great deal, my approach has evolved. I am more confident in letting the paint, the mark and the color 'do the talking'. I am confident that I can create a sense narrative without any objects or any iconography. While I am both an oral and visual storyteller I hope the viewer finds their own story in the painting." - Dixie Purvis
