Combat Medical BloodBoxx™ Advanced Nesting System

Combat Medical BloodBoxx™ Advanced Nesting System Advanced FWB Solution The BloodBoxx™ Advanced Nesting System is a modular, fresh whole blood (FWB) transport system.  In particular, it provides thermal protection for up to 30 FWB units or 9 nested BloodBoxx Tactical units with no power requirements,. Furthermore, this high capacity system enables safe and cost-effective transport of FWB for missions up to 120+ hours*. Specifically doing so while maintaining the required temp-range of 1°C to 10°C. For this reason, the Advanced Nesting System is the FWB transport solution that better supports missions in severe environments. *Temperature maintenance time varies based on payload configuration (nested units vs. FWB units) using ten (10) Thermal Panels. Product Features and Benefits 120+ hours of transport time The modular nesting system allows you to carry FWB to an austere, forward staging area and conduct follow-on disbursed operations Modular payload configurations No power source required Carrying FWB means no immediate, if any, need to initiate a walking blood bank Outperforms current disposable and reusable systems Maintains required temperature range of 1°C to 10°C Nylon carrier constructed with aluminized Kevlar®, providing both insulative properties and puncture protection Validated systems to ISTA standards Safe, Cost-effective Advanced System Configuration with 10 Thermal Panels: 20-30 units FWB: 120+ hours 9 nested BloodBoxx Tacticals: 120+ hours Product Specifications 5 Year Shelf Life Specifications with nylon carrier: Outer dimensions: 21”L x 19”H x 12.5”W Shipper weight (empty w/ 10 thermal panels): 33 lbs Berry Compliant Reusable Designed for 500mL CDPA-1 Whole Blood Bags Made in USA
