Com Truise "Galactic Melt" 2xLP

Seth Haley's debut album blends analog-style synthesizers, rubbery basslines, and intricate drum programming. A conceptual journey follows a synthetic astronaut from Earth toward a distant galaxy. Includes signature tracks "VHS Sex," "Brokendate," and "Ether Drift." For fans of: Boards of Canada, Tycho, and early synth-funk soundtracks. Galactic Melt turns Com Truise's affection for 1980s electronics into a vividly imagined world of its own. Bright arpeggios, thick synth chords, and clipped, off-center rhythms give these instrumentals both a tactile groove and a hazy cinematic atmosphere. Haley moves between wistful melody and muscular machine funk without losing the album's sense of forward motion. From the opening shimmer of "Terminal" to the tangled hooks of "Cathode Girls," the record rewards close listening as much as late-night immersion. Its futuristic story gives the music a loose narrative, while the melodies keep it immediate and memorable. Listen: Com Truise: Galactic Melt listening sample UPC - 0804297813813
