Berti's beautifully crafted slicing knife features a full tang steel blade and a Cornotech handle which has the look of classic Ox horn but with added durability. Available with or without block. Part of the "Insieme" system, it comes secured in a magnetized wood block that interlocks with the rest of the collection for your own customizable storage system. Please note, due to the handcrafted nature of Berti items, variations in the color and details of each handle should be expected.
