For the face, start with clean, dry skin. Apply a generous amount of moisturizer and/or sunscreen to avoid dry spots from soaking up excess pigment. A hydrated base is essential. Barrier sprays on the market also exist as an added layer to the skin. The Colorful Liquid Foundation should be removed with an oil based remover. The most effective options are our Sunset Makeup “Hydrating Makeup Remover,” Vaseline, Baby Oil, and Coconut Oil on a cotton pad/makeup wipe.
