Colorado 12×14

The Enclosed Hot Tub Gazebo with Room to Breathe The Colorado 12×14 is where the Colorado collection starts to feel truly spacious. With interior dimensions of approximately 132 5/8″ x 155 7/8″, this enclosed hot tub gazebo comfortably accommodates an 8-foot spa plus a generous surround area for entry steps, a small sofa or loveseat, and a side table. Compared to the compact 10×14 or the square 12×12, the Colorado 12×14 gives hot tub owners the extra width they need to create a room that feels furnished and comfortable rather than simply functional. This is the size that homeowners choose when they want their enclosed spa enclosure to serve as more than just a shelter. The additional floor space makes it practical to set up seating for guests, add a small bookshelf or storage cabinet, or even install a dining table and chairs for meals inside the gazebo during cooler months. Westview customers have used the Colorado 12×14 as everything from a dedicated hot tub room with ambient lighting and a speaker system to a backyard dining pavilion and an art studio with easels and supply storage. Ultrawood Composite: Engineered to Last, Designed to Impress The Colorado 12×14 is built from Ultrawood, a composite material that combines the visual warmth of natural wood with the durability and low-maintenance performance of modern engineering. Ultrawood does not rot, crack, splinter, or absorb moisture. It resists UV fading and insect damage. And unlike cedar, redwood, or pine structures, it never needs to be stained, sealed, sanded, or repainted. This is a maintenance-free gazebo material that keeps looking sharp decade after decade. The neutral coastal gray exterior with driftwood gray trim on windows and doors gives the Colorado 12×14 a sophisticated, modern appearance. It is a color combination that works equally well against brick, stone, vinyl siding, stucco, or natural wood fencing. Multiple Westview customers have noted that their Colorado gazebo looks like it was custom-designed by an architect rather than assembled from a panel kit — a compliment that speaks directly to the quality of the materials and finish. Four-Season Performance with the Duraflex Roof System The PC Duraflex roof on the Colorado 12×14 carries a capacity rating of 35 lbs. per square foot, and up to 40 lbs. per square foot with the roof bracket upgrade, meaning this hardtop gazebo is built to handle heavy snow, ice accumulation, and driving rain without any concern. A skylight centered in the roof peak fills the interior with natural light during the day and creates a direct view of the sky at night — a feature that hot tub owners love for evening soaks under the stars. Six aluminum-framed sliding windows wrap the perimeter of the structure. Each window slides smoothly on its track and locks securely, giving you full control over cross-ventilation in warm weather and complete protection from wind and cold in winter. The Colorado 12×14 functions as a true four-season spa room: open and breezy in summer, sealed and insulated in winter. Optional tempered glass upgrades improve thermal performance, safety, and sound dampening for homeowners who want maximum year-round comfort. Flexible Layout, Privacy, and Security Two heavy-duty lockable aluminum French doors can be positioned on any side of the structure during assembly. This customizable door placement lets you orient the entrance toward your house, your pool, your garden walkway, or your driveway — wherever makes the most sense for everyday use. When locked, the doors and windows create a fully secure enclosed hot tub room that protects your spa, furniture, electronics, and personal belongings from weather, theft, and wildlife. The Colorado 12×14 also fits naturally into properties where outdoor privacy is a priority. With all windows closed and the doors locked, you have a private, enclosed retreat that shields you from neighbors, street noise, and wind. Homeowners in urban neighborhoods, townhouse communities, and properties with close lot lines find the Colorado 12×14 to be one of the most effective hot tub privacy solutions available. Assembly and Customization Options The Colorado 12×14 arrives as a pre-assembled panel kit with every wall section, roof panel, window, door, and piece of hardware included. Assembly typically takes two people approximately one full day using basic tools: a power drill, tape measure, level, step ladder, and wood clamps.
