Colorado 12×12

The Square Enclosed Gazebo That Fits Perfectly in Any Backyard The Colorado 12×12 is a fully enclosed hot tub gazebo with a perfectly symmetrical square footprint that fits naturally into almost any backyard layout. With interior dimensions of approximately 132 5/8″ x 132 5/8″, this square spa enclosure is sized to house an 8-foot hot tub with comfortable clearance on all sides for entry steps, a small bench, or a couple of chairs. The balanced proportions mean it looks equally good positioned in a corner of your yard, centered on a patio, or placed alongside your deck — wherever it makes the most sense for your property. The square design is not just about aesthetics. It also means that the Colorado 12×12 occupies the smallest total footprint of any model in the Colorado collection, which makes it the ideal enclosed gazebo for homeowners who want the approximate 12-foot interior width for their hot tub but do not need the extra length of the 12×14, 12×16, or larger models. If your primary goal is to protect and shelter your spa rather than create an extended lounge space, the 12×12 gives you exactly what you need without wasting square footage. Built from Ultrawood Composite — Maintenance Is a Thing of the Past Every panel of the Colorado 12×12 is constructed from Ultrawood, a heavy-duty composite material that delivers the rich appearance of natural wood siding without any of the ongoing maintenance. There is no staining, no sealing, no sanding, and no replacing boards that have rotted or warped over time. Ultrawood is engineered to resist moisture, UV fading, insect damage, and temperature-driven expansion and contraction. The result is a maintenance-free hot tub enclosure that retains its factory finish year after year. The Colorado 12×12 features the same coastal gray walls and driftwood gray window and door trim found throughout the Colorado line. This neutral, contemporary color palette pairs cleanly with virtually any home exterior, fence material, or landscaping style. Customers consistently comment that the Colorado gazebo looks more like a permanent architectural addition than a backyard accessory — which is exactly the point. All-Season Weather Protection with the Duraflex Roof The PC Duraflex roof on the Colorado 12×12 is rated at up to 35 lbs. per square foot of snow load capacity, or up to 40 lbs. with the bracket upgrade. For hot tub owners in Northern states, mountain areas, and regions that experience heavy winter weather, this hardtop roof means your gazebo handles snowfall, ice, and driving rain without any intervention on your part. Unlike fabric canopies or soft-top gazebos that sag, tear, and need seasonal replacement, the Duraflex roof is a permanent polycarbonate structure designed for decades of use. A skylight centered in the peak of the roof floods the interior with natural daylight and creates an open, airy atmosphere even when all six sliding glass windows are closed. At night, the skylight frames a view of the stars overhead — a detail that hot tub owners mention again and again as one of their favorite features. The six aluminum-framed sliding windows lock securely and give you full control over ventilation, temperature, and privacy throughout the year. Lockable Doors, Flexible Placement, and Year-Round Security Two lockable aluminum French doors provide the main entrance to the Colorado 12×12 and can be positioned on any side of the structure during assembly. This customizable door placement allows you to orient the entrance based on your specific yard layout — facing the house, the pool, the garden, or the driveway for easy access. When closed and locked, the doors and windows turn the Colorado into a secure, private enclosure that protects both your hot tub and any furnishings inside. Beyond hot tub use, the Colorado 12×12 is a popular choice as a backyard studio, reading room, meditation space, or small home office. The square interior creates an evenly balanced room that is easy to furnish and comfortable to spend time in. Several Westview customers have added ceiling fans, ambient lighting, and area rugs to transform their 12×12 into a true four-season outdoor room. Assembly and Upgrades The Colorado 12×12 ships as a pre-assembled panel kit with factory-built wall sections, roof panels, and all necessary hardware. Two people can complete the assembly in approximately one day using standard tools: a power drill, a tape measure, a level, a step ladder, and wood clamps. Detailed illustrated instructions and toll- free phone support at 1-800-895-1972 are included with every order. Optional upgrades include a screen kit for bug-free ventilation, tempered glass windows for improved insulation and safety, and roof bracket reinforcements for increased wind and snow load ratings. Upgrades can be bundled at a reduced package price.
