Colorado 10×14

The Compact Enclosed Hot Tub Gazebo for Smaller Backyards The Colorado 10×14 is a fully enclosed hot tub gazebo designed for homeowners who want year-round spa protection without giving up half their backyard. With interior dimensions of 108 5/8″ x 155 7/8″, this compact spa enclosure comfortably houses a 7-foot hot tub along with entry steps and a small bench or side table — everything you need for a private, weatherproof retreat just steps from your back door. Built from Ultrawood composite, the Colorado 10×14 delivers the warm, natural appearance of real wood siding without any of the upkeep. Unlike cedar or pine gazebos that require annual staining, sealing, and eventual replacement, Ultrawood is a maintenance-free material engineered to resist moisture, UV damage, rot, and insects. The gray driftwood wall color and Coastal gray accents on the windows and doors give this enclosed gazebo a clean, contemporary aesthetic that complements modern homes and landscapes. Engineered for All-Season Use Cold-climate hot tub owners know that an unprotected spa loses heat rapidly in winter, drives up energy bills, and becomes unpleasant to use when snow and wind are blowing. The Colorado 10×14 solves all of that. The Duraflex PC roof is rated to support 35 lbs. per square foot of snow load, or up to 40 lbs. with the roof bracket upgrade, which means this hardtop gazebo can handle heavy snowfall without concern. A built-in skylight lets natural light flood the interior during the day and opens up stargazing opportunities at night. Six aluminum-framed sliding glass windows provide full ventilation control. Open them wide on warm summer evenings for a cross-breeze, or close and lock them in winter to create an insulated four-season spa room that holds heat and blocks wind. Optional tempered glass upgrades add an extra layer of safety, insulation, and noise reduction. Security, Privacy, and Flexible Layout Two heavy-duty lockable aluminum French doors serve as the main entrance and can be positioned on any side of the gazebo during assembly. This customizable door placement means you can orient the entrance to face your house, your deck, or your garden path — whatever makes the most sense for your backyard layout. The lockable doors and windows also provide hot tub privacy and security, keeping your spa area protected when you are not using it. The Colorado 10 by 14, is the most compact fully enclosed gazebo in the Colorado collection, making it an ideal choice for small to mid-sized yards. Homeowners in urban and suburban settings appreciate that the Colorado 10×14 fits comfortably on a standard concrete pad or deck without overwhelming the surrounding space. It is also popular as a backyard studio, small workshop, or recreational room — one Westview customer in Topeka even uses his as a custom baseball bat workshop. Easy DIY Assembly and Upgrade Options Every Colorado 10×14 arrives as a pre-assembled panel kit. The walls, roof sections, windows, and doors are factory-built and ready to connect on-site. Most customers complete the assembly in a single day with just two people, a power drill with a Phillips bit, a tape measure, a level, and a step ladder. Detailed step-by-step instructions and access to Westview’s toll-free support line (1-800-895-1972) make this a true DIY hot tub enclosure project — no contractor required. You can further customize your Colorado 10×14 with upgrade kits that are available at the time of purchase. A screen kit adds insect protection while maintaining airflow. Bracket supports increase the wind and snow load rating of your enclosure for homeowners in extreme weather regions. The tempered glass upgrade enhances safety and thermal performance. Multiple upgrades can be bundled together at a discounted price. What Fits Inside the Colorado 10×14 The interior space of 108 5/8″ x 155 7/8″ (approximately 9 feet by 13 feet) is designed to accommodate a standard 7-foot square hot tub for 4-6 people. After placing the spa, you will have enough room for entry steps on one side and a small seating area — a bench, a couple of chairs, or a compact side table for towels and refreshments. Homeowners looking to enclose a larger 8-foot spa or who want more lounge space around their hot tub should consider stepping up to the Colorado 12×16 or 12×20.
