Color-Edged Grid Pad

A grid notepad, plain and useful at its core, and then there's the edge. Each stack is hand-sprayed with a gradient that melts from one hue into the next, so the color shifts a little with every angle and every bit of light, hypnotic and almost optical, aggressively modern for something this simple. Handmade in Iowa. It's a genuinely useful object wearing a stripe of color that never quite repeats itself. 150 grid pages, hand-sprayed gradient edges, Riso printed with soy-based inks. Meg and Chad Gleason have run Moglea, their Des Moines, Iowa studio, since 2012, working letterpress, foil stamping, and die-cut work on antique presses. Explore Moglea.
