The Essential — Colombian Specialty Coffee (12 oz / 340 g)

First Roast Edition - Limited debut batch 001  Sourced from the Cauca region of Colombia, this coffee brings together carefully selected lots from small producers at high altitude. The result is a clean, balanced cup—approachable, yet true to specialty coffee standards. This first batch is designed as an introduction to specialty coffee: smooth, structured, and naturally refined, with just enough brightness to keep it lively. Tasting Notes: Chocolate • Cane Sugar • Subtle Citrus Coffee Details: Grade: Specialty Coffee Origin: Cauca, Colombia (regional single origin) Variety: Caturra Process: Refined Washed Altitude: 6,500+ ft Roast Style: Scandinavian-inspired (focused on highlighting the bean’s natural character rather than overpowering it with roast) Brewing: Best enjoyed as pour-over (V60), but also great with AeroPress, French press, or espresso. Use 1 tablespoon of ground coffee per 6 fl oz of water at 200°F. Brew for 2–5 minutes.
