Sourced from the legendary Holguin family farms in Pichindé, just outside Cali, this coffee comes from a once-untouched forest that now produces some of the world’s rarest beans. What started as 5 hectares of high-altitude jungle has grown into a 50-hectare coffee powerhouse—30 planted, the rest left wild, just the way nature likes it. From El Jardín to Las Nubes and Monserrat to Inmaculada Concepción, each farm brings unique altitude, rainfall, and climate to the beans—resulting in complex, elevated flavor in every cup. This isn't just Colombian coffee. This is Colombian coffee with altitude, attitude, and a damn good story. Flavor Notes: Smooth and balanced with hints of cocoa, red fruit, caramel, and a subtle floral finish.
