Colombia Planadas

LIGHT/MEDIUM ROAST - 12 OUNCE WHOLE BEAN Flavor notes of Crisp Gala Apple, mild citrus, and a milk chocolatey finish There’s a brightness in the air of Tolima’s highland plains, where clouds drift low across mountain ridges and sunlight slips gently through the mist. It is here that Colombia Planadas takes root, in living volcanic soil that lends depth, clarity, and a quiet elegance to every bean. Farmers here honor the land with regenerative practices, no chemicals, no synthetic fertilizers, no pesticides, and no tilling of the earth. Instead, the soil is left alive, a thriving ecosystem that nurtures each coffee shrub naturally, allowing sweetness and vibrancy to develop long before harvest. Through the precision of our proprietary Culinary Roast™, Planadas opens like the first bite of fruit on a summer morning. Crisp Gala apple greets the palate, followed by a lift of citrus that shimmers with brightness. The cup settles gracefully into the silky comfort of milk chocolate, a lingering sweetness that feels both familiar and indulgent, like the last bite of a favorite dessert. Colombia Planadas is 100% Regenerative Organic Certified, USDA Organic Certified, and Fair Trade Certified as well as Kosher.
