Colombia Cattleya 12 Oz.

Coffee Roast Level: Medium Bag Size: 12 Oz. Tasting Notes: Marshmallow, Walnut, & Dark Chocolate Process: Fully Washed Ingredients: 100% Arabica Coffee Description: This fully washed Colombia Cattleya produces a cup that is slightly complex and smooth. Opening with mellow acidity and a sweet marshmallow note that quickly turns to notes of Nutella on buttered toast. Soon after, you pick up on notes of lightly smoked wood combined with a subtle orange note. This medium bodied cup has a creamy mouthfeel that is accompanied by a slightly toasted note of cacao, which lingers through its smooth finish.  Espresso Notes: Recipe: 21g of coffee into 30g of espresso output. Approx. 26-32 second extraction. (Mahlkonig K30 grinder and Faema E-Nova A1 Espresso machine) the perfect everyday espresso; Complex but reliable. The espresso is syrupy and decadent on its own but can mellow well when mixed. the espresso has a nice fruity sweetness that reminds me of a guava jelly candy, but it is softened by semi sweet notes of walnut and milk chocolate. It lingers very faintly and coats the mouth nicely. Recommended: Anyway you want it. Truly a versatile king (or queen).
