Collagen Creamer, Vanilla

What Is Collagen, and How Does It Work? Collagen is a protein whose job is to keep our skin looking full and youthful while simultaneously promoting joint health. It’s the most abundant protein found in our bodies, especially during our youth.  Think of collagen as the scaffolding of your skin bones, ligaments, tendons, muscles, and cartilage. Collagen acts as a connector, keeping structures tightly arranged and assembled.  As we age and are exposed to free radicals from sun damage and other environmental factors, our bodies ability to produce collagen naturally begins to decline. This is when we start to notice things like fine lines, wrinkles, and hollowed areas on the face.   Eating foods rich in collagen proteins, like Dr. Kellyann’s Collagen Creamer, can help supplement your body’s waning collagen stores. Plus, collagen is a source for much more than striking good looks. When collagen is digested, it is broken down into amino acids.  Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. When we digest proteins into amino acids, those amino acids are sent out all over the body to wherever protein is needed.  This can promote healthy cartilage and joint function, as well as support our natural collagen production. Amino acids can also help support your gut and digestion, which (surprise!) can support your whole-body health.   Can You Drink Collagen Creamer When You’re on a Diet? Decorated with glowing five-star ratings, Dr. Kellyann’s Vanilla Collagen Creamer is made from grass-fed bovine collagen powder without any artificial or added sugars. Our creamer is sweetened only with monk fruit extract, which is a natural alternative to table sugar.  Monk fruit is 100 to 250 times sweeter than standard table sugar. That means that you can use less sugar (and, therefore, fewer carbs) to get the same sweet kick. Monk fruit can also be easier on your blood sugar than table sugar by serving size. This is not your average store-bought creamer. You won’t find any preservatives, artificial thickening agents, or chemicals in Dr. Kellyann’s Vanilla Collagen Creamer. What you will find is grass-fed hydrolyzed collagen, coconut oil powder, and other natural flavors. It is also soy, gluten, and dairy-free and made from non-GMO food sources. What does this mean for you? It means that Dr. Kellyann’s Vanilla Collagen Creamer is a delicious and nutritious dietary supplement for any morning coffee-lover who’s conscious about what they put in their body.  It’s also ketogenic, gluten-free, and paleo-friendly. Dr. Kellyann’s Vanilla Collagen Creamer also works well with our bone broth diet and Dr. Kellyann’s 10-Day Belly Slimdown program.  How Do You Use Our Vanilla Collagen Creamer? It matters how you choose to start your day. When your day starts with healthy nutrition options instead of processed, sugary foods, your body is properly fueled and ready to tackle the day. You can use our collagen coffee creamer just like you’d use everyday creamer. Simply pour however much you’d like into your cup of coffee or tea and enjoy the guilt-free vanilla flavor. If it’s up your alley, add in some MCT oil and cocoa powder for a mocha. Or, whip it up to turn your hot coffee into a collagen latte. By adding Dr. Kellyann’s Vanilla Collagen Creamer to your coffee, you can stand up for your health and wellness. For more collagen supplements, check out our bone broth and collagen smoothies.
