Recipe FAQs Why is fish a solution for dogs with sensitive stomachs? Fish are novel proteins and easily digested, making this an ideal option for dogs with allergies, digestive issues, or overall sensitivities. Is your fish wild-caught or farmed? In North America, Menhaden primarily originate from the Gulf of Mexico or the Atlantic Ocean. They are wild caught, and we primarily source our menhaden fish from the Gulf of Mexico sources. Why Ethoxyquin Free? Ethoxyquin is a chemical preservative and pesticide commonly used on fishing boats that has been linked to liver and kidney problems, reproductive issues, behavioral problems, birth defects, skin & coat conditions, and cancer. Our Select Cold Water Recipe DOES NOT CONTAIN Ethoxyquin.
