Our cold and flu ease tea is a traditional formula that can be taken from the moment you start feeling under the weather until you're back on your feet. Made to encourage a healthy sweat,* the best way to drink this blend is warm and cozy under the covers or in a hot bath. To Use: 1 Tbsp. of tea blend per cup of water. Let steep 10-20 minutes.
