Cold brew green tea is naturally smooth and sweet with only muted bitter notes. It’s made by slowly steeping tea leaves in cold water. This process is optimal for the delicious combination of genmaicha.  Genmaicha is a light and refreshing tea made by blending green tea with “genmai” or “roasted rice.” This unique combination deepens the rich umami profile of green tea with the toasty aroma of roasted rice.  At Cuzen, we’ve elevated the popular pairing with our Single Origin Kirishima Okumidori matcha powder.
