COLD BREW - Panther Coffee Blend

Panther Coffee's Cold Brew blend is a masterclass in balance—a harmonious marriage of Brazilian and Nicaraguan beans designed to shine whether steeped cold for 16 hours or pulled hot through an espresso machine. Miami's Panther Coffee has built a cult following for their meticulous sourcing and roasting, and this blend showcases exactly why. The Brazilian component brings velvety body and nutty sweetness, while the Nicaraguan beans add bright cherry notes and honeyed complexity. Tasting Notes Expect layers of malted milk and deep chocolate on the front, unfurling into vanilla cream, wildflower honey, and tart Bing cherry as the cup opens up. The body is plush and round—almost milkshake-like when brewed cold—with a silky mouthfeel that lingers. Acidity is gentle and balanced, more stone fruit than citrus, with a finish that leaves traces of cocoa powder and caramelized sugar on your palate. This isn't a coffee that shouts; it's one that whispers richness. Brew Methods While engineered for cold brew (try a 1:8 ratio, 16-hour steep at room temperature), this blend refuses to be pigeonholed. It pulls beautifully as espresso—thick crema, balanced sweetness, zero harshness—and makes an exceptional pour over when you want a clean, expressive cup that still has body. French press amplifies the chocolate and malted grain notes. AeroPress users should try the inverted method with a 2-minute steep for concentrated sweetness. Whatever your ritual, grind fresh and use water between 195-205°F for hot methods.
