Coilover Conversion Kit (OEM Dampers) For 2026 Model Y Juniper Performance

Want to retain your OEM active dampers and have ride height adjustability? We have you covered! Developed, CNC-machined, and anodized in Canada Stainless steel front coilover sleeves that will never rust Thick Anodized Aluminum spring perches USA-made springs from the highest quality spring supplier Unique features from MPP – No unwanted noises Fits these vehicles: 2026+ Tesla Model Y Performance (Juniper) Description The ultimate road car solution for the Model Y Performance (Juniper) – retain your OEM active dampers with the advantages of an MPP-tuned height adjustable coilover system Following the continued success of the Highland Model 3 Performance, we’re excited to release this ride-height-adjustable coilover conversion solution for your 2026+ Model Y Performance. Like the similar kit we made for the Highland Model 3 Performance before it, this kit has turned out better than we could have hoped for, with significant improvements to the Model Y’s sportiness, ride height adjustability, and chassis balance – all with no decrease in ride quality or increase of NVH. Building on our expertise as the leading performance suspension supplier for Model 3s and Model Ys, we’ve applied all that we have learned to this coilover conversion kit for your 2026+ Model Y Performance. Here are some of the features of this kit: Stainless steel front perches ensure you won’t have any rust or corrosion We created a specially designed front collar to offer the maximum ride height adjustment range while retaining all of the required OEM components and features. Rubber isolation top and bottom for no additional NVH compared to the OEM solution OEM appearance, quality, and fit Concept and Design: Back when Tesla released the Model 3 Highland (2024+) Performance, it came with dampers that were actually quite impressive. We tested these dampers on our shock dynamometer immediately after receiving them. Not only did we test the dampers – but we first measured and logged the electronic signals that the vehicle uses in all of its different driving modes, and then created a custom software solution using a MoTeC ECU to simulate these signals and excite a damper on our shock dyno to measure the forces in real-life driving conditions. We knew from this data the range of forces that these dampers can achieve, as well as what kinds of forces they produce in different driving situations. The OEM damper can control the spring adequately, and with some of our own tuning, we’re able to get the car to perform the way we want it to while retaining the OEM dampers (specifics intentionally left vague here). We used all of our gathered data at that time to develop the Model 3 Performance Coilover Conversion Kit for the Highland Performance. Now, as Tesla has employed the same idea and technology to the newest 2026+ Model Y Performance, we have the opportunity to expand the offering out to these new cars! With a similar design and philosophy, we’ve developed the Coilover Conversion kit for the 2026+ (Juniper) Model Y Performance, which retains the improved factory dampers while adding the ability to adjust your ride height, utilizing the same style of adjustable perches you would find in our Model 3 kit. Many coilovers out there result in excessive NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness), are janky and difficult to adjust, or simply do not have the quality that you’d expect for an expensive brand-new vehicle. For that reason, it was our mission to produce a kit with no drawbacks – no additional NVH, and relatively straightforward to adjust. We have to state that it is always a compromise – an easier-to-adjust kit will also mean a kit with more NVH due to the removal of rubber – but it was important to make the kit as easy to adjust as possible while meeting our requirement of zero added noise. Recommended Matching Products: If you’re looking for a car that excites you every time you drive it, a car that makes you feel like you have a laser-sharp connection to the road without any unwanted noises or harshness, then we highly recommend you also look at the front lower control arm bearings as an option. They are one of our most popular products simply because they give you more front-end feel and grip with no downside. They are also usually cheaper to install at the same time so it’s a good product to bundle up on. Next, if you’re looking to preserve tire life, the rear camber arms are likely the most popular rear camber arms in existence for this platform, for good reason! They are the easiest and most precise to adjust, and they have the highest-quality sealed spherical bearings available, so they outlast most of the other bearings and bushings on your car. Your alignment shop will love them! Ride Height Range: We’ve designed this kit to offer as much ride height adjustment range as possible. Variables such as aftermarket sway bars, bearings, vehicle weight, and car-to-car differences will all impact the real-life heights achieved, but the general range of measurement can be from slightly higher than stock, to more than 1.5-inches lower. What’s Included: 2x front coilover perches with adjusters 2x front springs 2x rear spring perches with adjusters 2x rear springs Installation Details: Installation is similar to installing lowering springs. A spring compressor is required for the front suspension. If you haven’t installed lowering springs before, you’ll want to get a professional mechanic to install these for you.
