Cogmation Robotics Virtual ToolKit - Software Lab License

Cogmation Robotics Virtual ToolKit - Software Lab License Grades 6-8 The Lab License includes 30 installs of the software.‚  Get your class excited about STEM based learning, by giving each of your students access to a virtual robot of their very own! Designed for use with LEGO® MINDSTORMS®, the Virtual Robotics Toolkit makes it easy to design, program, and test a simulated LEGO robot in a variety of 3D environments. When finished, use the same software to effortlessly control the real thing, or share your virtual model with others around the world! This program can also be used without any robot at all. The simulator integrates with the complete suite of LEGO Robotics tools including the EV3 programming environment and LEGO Digital Designer. Education With Simulation Robotics is a great way to learn about programming, and an even more powerful tool for teaching STEM subjects. Simulation is an effective means for understanding how physical concepts like force and motion come to play in real life. No Robot, No Problem Simulated robots are available 24 x 7, don't ever break, and are never missing parts. With the Toolkit you can build and program your robot using the exact same tools you would use on the real thing code you write for your simulated robot will also run in real-life. Competitive Edge The Toolkit makes it easy for your team to rapidly design and prototype your robot. Why wait until your next meetup to see if your robot actually works? Import custom robot models from a variety of popular CAD tools such as LEGO‚® Digital Designer and begin experimenting instantly. What are the system requirements for running the Virtual Robotics Toolkit? It goes without saying that the Virtual Robotics Toolkit is a computationally heavy application. ‚ After all, those awesome realistic graphics come at a price. ‚ Therefore, you will definitely want to considering installing the Toolkit to machine that has a little extra horse power to spare. Minimal: Intel processors (i3, i5), AMD processors (A8, A10) 4 GB of RAM Integrated graphics card Windows 7 or better Mac OS X - Lion or better Ideal (beautiful simulation): Multi-core processor, Intel (i7) .8 GB of RAM Graphics card Windows 7 or better Mac OS X - Lion or better
