Soft petal shapes curve inward and meet at the center. It’s forming a botanical silhouette that you'd expect to find in a garden, not under a coffee table. But that's what makes the Chloris Petal different. It brings the organic softness of nature into heavy industrial steel without losing any of the strength. At 16 inches tall and 16 inches square, this centerpiece sits at standard coffee table height and fits naturally under round and small square tabletops. The petal cutouts let light pass through and create gentle shadows on the floor beneath. The coffee table base metal holds 500 lbs and turns any tabletop into something people want to get closer to. Coffee Table Base Key Features Nature, Pressed Into Steel Petal Silhouette: Curved steel panels form flower petals that meet at the center. Together, they create a botanical shape visible from every angle. From the top, it reads as a full bloom. From the side, the petals add depth and layered texture. Light Passes Through: The gaps between petals let light and shadow play underneath your tabletop. The effect shifts throughout the day, which gives your coffee table base a living, changing quality. Heavy Duty Steel, Soft Shape: The contrast between heavy-gauge steel and the delicate flower form is what gives this base its character. It feels strong in your hands but gentle to your eyes. Hand-Shaped, One at a Time: Every petal is cut, curved, and welded by craftsmen with 20+ years of experience. No two Chloris Petal table bases are exactly identical because we form each one by hand. Durable Powder-Coated Protection: Finished with a sleek black powder coating, this coffee table base metal not only elegant but also resists damage from daily wear. The protective surface helps prevent scratches, rust, and fading caused by moisture or sunlight. Simple Setup, Lasting Quality Pre-Drilled Mounting Points: Every metal base for coffee table comes with a pre-drilled mounting plate. Just line it up and screw it onto your tabletop. Works with wood, marble, glass, stone, or concrete surfaces. Adjustable Levelers: Twist by hand until your coffee table base metal sits perfectly flat on carpet, tile, or hardwood. Custom Orders: Want the Chloris Petal coffee table base in a different height, size, or finish? We build custom pieces from scratch. Custom orders take about 8 to 10 weeks. Coffee Table Base Applications and Uses Living Room Centerpiece: You can pair it with a round wood or marble top and let the flower form peek out from underneath. Guests will notice the petals before they sit down. Reading Nook Table: Tuck it next to your favorite chair with a cup of tea on top. The compact 16" square footprint fits tight corners easily. Patio or Sunroom: The powder-coated finish handles covered outdoor spaces. The botanical shape feels right at home surrounded by plants and natural light. Gallery or Boutique Display: The sculptural quality makes it a natural fit for retail spaces and showrooms where the base is part of the presentation. Gift for Plant Lovers: If you’re someone who fills your home with greenery, the Chloris Petal metal coffee table base is furniture that speaks their language.
