Bold and unexpected, this syrup brings together the deep, roasted intensity of coffee with the bright, tropical tang of passion fruit. The coffee adds bitterness and warmth, while passion fruit cuts through with vibrant acidity and aromatic fruitiness, creating a profile that’s both rich and refreshing. Cane sugar ties the elements together, smoothing the contrast between dark and bright. Designed for the Mission to Margs box, this syrup finds a natural home alongside blanco and reposado tequilas, where its roasted depth plays against agave's vegetal brightness and the passion fruit adds tropical lift. Use it in shaken margarita riffs, tequila sours, or any build where you want bold contrast between dark and fruity.
