Coffee, Keoke Flavoring - 1 oz

Super Strength Coffee, Keoke FlavoringA typical 5-6 gallon batch uses 1-2 drams (0.125-0.25 oz), depending on the flavor and desired intensity. Add the flavor during kegging or bottling, starting with the lower amount and adjusting gradually to taste. Mix gently and sample before treating the entire batch. Flavor Profile and Beverage IdeasCoffee, Keoke combines roasted coffee with creamy chocolate and a subtle spirit-like warmth. Use it in porter, stout, brown ale, barleywine, sweet mead, or dessert wine. It is especially useful when the base already has caramelized malt or oak character. Chocolate, vanilla, hazelnut, caramel, and Irish cream notes build a layered finish. In a dry base, Coffee, Keoke will read sharper; a little residual sweetness will make the aroma and finish feel fuller. See our full offering of LorAnn Flavorings here.
