Codipro DSR Swivel Hoist Ring

The Codipro DSR Swivel Hoist Ring is a top quality angular eyebolt offering unique advantages over alternatives and is an essential piece of rigging hardware in many of todays lifting applications. The Lifting Ring comprises of a GRADUP steel ring that can swivel 180 degrees but has a rotating range of 360 degrees for guiding and maneuvering even the most difficult of loads. If you are unsure of how to use the Double Swivel Lifting Ring, a user manual will also be delivered with the product along with useful recommendations. No Compromise: Quality & Safety Due to the raw materials used in Codipro's GRADUP steel range, the Swivel Hoist Ring has a very high safety factor of 4 and 5, which enables the breaking load to be 4:1 to 5:1 times greater than the capacity listed in our Specifications tab. This particular range of products is ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 compliant meaning they are certified and are regulated to the highest level of safety standards. Codipro's GRADUP Hoist Rings consist of high-quality raw materials allowing for the highest performance when lifting and turning. With corrosion-resistant coating, the lifting rings are suited to all weather and industrial conditions and resistant to salt spray for up to 600 hours (on unpainted parts of the device). For ease of tracking and compliance, the tightening torque and traceability number (serial number) are engraved. Traceability Through Every Step At the forefront of Technology within the industry, the research teams at Codipro have integrated compatibility of their products with RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) allowing for true optimization, traceability, quick data reading, management and tracking. Swivel Hoist Ring Installation The bolt and/or nut must be tightened with the right toque recommended in the user manual. Codipro recommend using a calibrated torque wrench set to the ring toque value and that you should avoid any abrupt tightening. For mountingin a smooth hole you should provide H7 adjustment. The chamfer lead should be approx. 0.5 x thread pitch. The complete ring flange must be in flush contact with the load it is installed in. Every swiveling part must stay moveable in every direction without meeting any obstacles. Before every lift, ensure that the ring is in the direction of the lift and is free of any obstacle. *Always read the full user manual before opreation Swivel Hoist Ring Applications This angular type of eyebolt is commonly used in the following industries: Injection Molding Angular Lifting Offshore Windmill Installation Construction Engineering Looking for an offshore alternative? Custom Thread Sizes Available Check Dimensions & Lifting Capacities SF = Safety Factor (Design Factor), this is the safety ratio included between the WLL of the lifting point and it's breaking point, example- if the hoist ring is rated at 0.07t @ 4:1 it would break if stressed to 0.028t. (Note- you should never use your Hoist Ring beyond the rated WLL and the factor of safety exists for the purpose of safety and not for the purpose of increased capacity. WLL = Working Load Limit, the rings should never be used beyond the WLL (this varies per the SF you choose to use in your lift) Torque = The bolting torque required when installing these Swivel Hoist Rings
