CoCurcumin

Ayush Herbs CoCurcumin Muscle and Joint Support COCURCUMIN™ is a natural coconut-flavored drink mix that uses traditional methods to enhance the bioavailability of curcuminoids. Curcumin is difficult for the body to absorb. Absorption of curcumin has been shown to improve when it is consumed with fats, which enhance absorption since curcumin is highly lipophilic. Adding medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) significantly improves the bioavailability of curcumin. MCTs are a unique form of dietary fat that imparts a wide range of positive health benefits, including supporting fat metabolism and energy production.
