Organic Ginger: Contains a phenolic compound called gingerol. Gingerol is known for its unique medicinal properties with potential health benefits, that include anti-nausea, digestion aid, anti-inflammatory, and blood sugar regulation. Organic Virgin Coconut Oil: Contains medium chain triglycerides, which plays a key role in the absorption of curcumin.      How Coco-Gold is Different   Coco-Gold™ uses a unique, time-tested Ayurvedic infusion method to infuse organic turmeric, ginger, and black pepper with virgin coconut oil, harnessing their synergistic properties for enhanced efficacy. Each dose delivers a concentrated source of active polyphenolic compounds, particularly curcumin, optimized for superior bioavailability and absorption. We simmer and macerate turmeric, known for enhancing the release and activation of curcumin, making it more bioavailable for the body to absorb. Studies indicate that isolated curcumin is less effective than turmeric, showing diminished anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. Therefore, Coco-Gold utilizes whole turmeric rhizomes rather than isolated curcumin. 3 The research suggests that using whole turmeric may be better than using curcumin alone for improved results. Curcumin is a beneficial component in turmeric, but when it is purified and isolated, some other helpful substances present in the whole turmeric extract are removed, including an antioxidant protein called β-turmerin, fats, minerals, carbohydrates, complex arabinogalactan, and essential oils like turmerone, ar-turmerone, and zingiberene.  Curcumin exerts a wide range of beneficial physiological and pharmacological activities, including antioxidant, anti-amyloid, anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, anti-neoplastic, immune-modulating, metabolism regulating, anti-depressant, neuroprotective and tissue protective effects.  Coco-Gold includes organic ginger, which contains a bioactive phenolic compound called gingerol. Gingerol is known for its unique medicinal properties with potential health benefits, that include anti-nausea, digestion aid, anti-inflammatory, and blood sugar regulation.   Benefits: Anti-inflammatory effects: helps reduce inflammation in the body  Antioxidant properties: helps combat oxidative stress; research has shown anti-cancer properties Joint health: alleviates joint pain and inflammation  Digestive health: promotes a healthy gut  Heart health: contributes to heart health by improving factors such as cholesterol levels and blood vessel function  Brain health: exhibits neuroprotective properties and could potentially play a role in cognitive function, anti-amyloid (reduces beta-amyloid, a protein that accumulates into plaques in dementia patients)  Natural pain relief: helps with natural pain relief by reducing inflammation and improving joint function Immune system support: enhances the body's natural defenses, promoting overall wellness   Recommended for dogs and cats with:  Inflammation  Cognitive disorders  Allergies  GI issues related to gut inflammation  Arthritis  Cancer Joint and hip mobility & pain  Senior pets    Recommended amount to give: Administer orally, 2-3x per day with food.
