HOW TO USE & WHO CAN USE: GuruNanda pulling oil formula comes with a measuring cup. Simply pour 15 mL of pulling oil into your measuring cup & swish for 2 minutes to 10 minutes depending on your comfort. Do NOT swallow. Spit the oil in a bin to avoid clogging of pipes. Immediately after, brush your teeth with the GuruNanda Butter on Gums Toothbrush. Pulling oil is safe for all ages 12 (with supervision) to adults. Use on a daily basis to enjoy the natural & traditional benefits of pulling oil. *GuruNanda oil pulling is a pre-brush rinse with a lighter consistency than coconut or sesame oil, inspired by Ayurvedic traditions. It’s a great addition to your oral care routine, complementing practices like tongue scraping, brushing, flossing, and water flossing. While it enhances daily oral hygiene, it’s not a replacement for your dentist and doesn’t treat or cure dental issues such as infections, cavities, or gum problems.
