Product must be stored refrigerated at a minimum, if not frozen. Store frozen if not using within 5 days. HANDLING Keep frozen. Thaw in the refrigerator, or run under cold water for faster results. Before consumption, heat treat at a minimum of 176°F for at least 5 seconds. Keep refrigerated after thawing and use within 7 days. Do not refreeze.
