Add the flavor during kegging or bottling, starting with the lower amount and adjusting gradually to taste. Mix gently and sample before treating the entire batch. Use it in porter, stout, brown ale, wheat beer, hard seltzer, mead, or tropical fruit wine. It also fits sparkling water or craft soda when paired with bright fruit. Pineapple, lime, mango, chocolate, coffee, vanilla, and rum-like oak complement it. In a dry base, Coconut will read sharper; a little residual sweetness will make the aroma and finish feel fuller.
