It also works on mushrooms and roasted vegetables when you want a deeper, more savory finish. How to Use Cocoa Coffee Magic Dry Rub For Brisket, Ribs and Pork Shoulder Coat the meat generously with Cocoa Coffee Magic and press the rub into the surface. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes before cooking, or refrigerate overnight for deeper flavor. Smoke, grill or roast using your preferred method until the meat reaches its appropriate safe internal temperature and desired tenderness. For Steak and Lamb Chops Apply the rub evenly and press it onto the surface before grilling or searing. Monitor the cooking temperature as the crust develops to avoid scorching. For Burgers and Chicken Season before cooking on the grill, flat top or in a cast-iron skillet. The cocoa-coffee blend adds roasted depth that pairs well with a finishing BBQ sauce. For Roasted Vegetables and Mushrooms Toss vegetables or mushrooms with a little oil, sprinkle with Cocoa Coffee Magic and roast, grill or sear until they develop color and caramelized edges.
